The reservation will be confirmed only if guaranteed by credit card details supplied by you. A credit card is the only guarantee for your booking, we will charge your stay on the day of departure or in the cases mentioned by our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy
The reservation can be cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival without penalty. In cases of cancellation more than these terms or in case of a no-show will be debited an amount equal to the first night of your stay. For stays of longer term one night every three stays will be charged.

The reception is open from 8.00 to 22.00. Check-in is possible from 12.00 to 22.00. For arrivals after the expected time please be sure to notice us by telephone: 39 33 33 79 4829. Breakfast is included. 10% VAT included.
Please note that pets are allowed with a supplement of € 10,00 per day.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge sharing room with parents.
Maximum capacity of baby coats in a room is 1. The cost of cradle € 15,00 per day.
